HCH Administration Implements
Enhanced Data Analysis and Reporting

Peoria, IL (September 9, 2010) — HCH Administration has partnered with Benefit Informatics, a leading specialized payer software provider headquartered in Tulsa, OK, to strengthen its plan analysis and reporting capabilities.

HCH has contracted with Benefit Informatics to use web-based solutions for comprehensive client benefit plan analysis and reporting. Through direct integration with the HCH claims adjudication system—TriZetto’s QicLink™—Benefit Informatics will receive daily claim and eligibility data for HCH customers, which it will load into a custom data warehouse. This will provide more timely access to health plan information.

“HCH Administration clients count on us for transparency, efficiency and consultation,” said Robin Winskas, executive director of HCH. “Incorporating Benefit Informatics reporting and analysis solutions into our client reporting gives us an enhanced level of service and technology. It also improves our ability to help our customers contain costs by identifying health care cost drivers.”

Benefit Informatics’ proprietary Data Analysis and Reporting software gives HCH a comprehensive view of customer health plans. It also allows drill-down capabilities to access specific information for in-depth analysis, which HCH can use to develop custom reports for employer groups and their brokers/consultants.
